Covid 19 and the Learning Curve

The year 2020 is different in many ways. 

For starters it is the only year in the current history that the whole world  world was locked down for few months.

It was the year when People were indoors and business were shut.

It was the year when Malls and Movie halls were shut for more than few months.

It was the year when Indian weddings were  not big fat.

Factories were shut adn the world breathe clean air for a few days.

It was the year when Schools were shut, Colleges were shut before exams.

But Work never stopped.  Learning never stopped.

Welcome to the various learning methods that are coming to fight the pandemic.

Were there is a will there is a way and those who want to learn will find a way.

What about those who want to teach??

If they are willing there is always a way.

We are humans we dont stop. We keep moving.

I see around social media and i come across a lot of people adapting to this changing environment through online training and Online facilitation.

Kudos to all those who have adapted and a shout out to all those who are adapting.

For all the trainers world may not be the same again.

Many trainers like me who are still adapting to this change would love to have a word of advice or best practices from those who have already jumped on the bandwagon.
